1. App Usage

1.1 Purpose: The App is designed to provide parents or authorized guardians with a complete parental control solution to control and monitor their child's device usage. The App uses the "ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE" permission on your child's device to prevent unauthorized uninstallation without the parent's knowledge.

1.2 Parental Responsibility: As a parent or authorized guardian, you must use the App responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws. You understand and acknowledge that the App is intended for parental control purposes only and should not be used to infringe upon your child's privacy or engage in any illegal activities.

3. Data Encryption

3.1 Privacy Encryption: The App employs robust encryption techniques to keep the kid's data encrypted. This encryption is implemented using a Data Protection Password (DPP), not stored anywhere on our servers. Only the parent or authorized guardian possesses the correct password to decrypt the kid's data.

4. Limitations and Disclaimer

4.1 No Guarantee: While the App aims to provide accurate and reliable tracking features, we do not guarantee the complete accuracy or reliability of the information collected or displayed by the App. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we disclaim any warranties or representations, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

4.2 Parental Consent: By using the App, you represent that you are a parent or authorized guardian of the child whose device is being monitored. You acknowledge obtaining the necessary consent and authorization to use the App and track your child's device activities.

5. Privacy

5.1 Data Collection and Usage: The App collects and uses certain information, as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of information by the Privacy Policy.

6. Modifications to the App and Terms

6.1 App Updates: We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App or any of its features at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such updates or modifications.

6.2 Changes to the Terms: We may revise these Terms occasionally by posting the updated version on our website or within the App. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. By continuing to use the App after any modifications to the Terms, you accept and agree to the revised Terms.

7. Termination

7.1 Termination: by User You may terminate your use of the App anytime by uninstalling it from your device.

7.2 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App or suspend its functionalities without prior notice for any reason, including, but not limited to, a violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Indirect Damages: In no event shall we or our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use the App, including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.2 Maximum Liability: Our maximum aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing or using the App.

9. Governing Law

9.1 Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located within India. You now consent to the personal Jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
